How do I know if I my stock of the 750WPR-GY Infrascan is possibly affected by the recent batch related component issue?

Check the manufacturing date code on the bottom of the unit box or on the label under the mounting base. Products manufactured after May 2017 are not affected and are ok to use. If you have stock manufactured prior to this date, we are happy to provide free of charge replacements through our warranty process, by contacting Customer Care on email : CustomerCare.AU@schneider-electric.com or Telephone: 137328
