ETSNZ Is it possible to return EV Charger to Factory Reset without using Embedded Webpages?

Yes it is. If the customer has lost or forgotten the password to login in to the embedded webpages, you can follow the attached document to return it to factory settings. 
It will only work with devices that have software versions of 3.1.1.XX or a product date code greater than 3N17221 (2017 Week 22 Day 1)
