Invisibility and invincibility are two superpowers that Dr Michelle Dickinson always dreamed of as a child, and is still trying to achieve them as a full time nanotechnologist and engineer. With a background in fracture mechanics Michelle is formally trained in breaking engineering components. Michelle works hard to inspire females to push the boundaries in both science and sports and to encourage sustainable living through engineering design. Member of New Zealand Order of Merit Michelle was winner of the Women of Influence award for science and innovation in 2016, was awarded the Sir Peter Blake Leadership in 2015 and was winner of the Prime Ministers Science Media Communication Prize and the New Zealand Association of Scientists Science Communicators Award in 2014.

Kaila Colbin spearheaded the hugely successful SingularityU New Zealand and Australia Summits, introducing more than 2,000 people to exponential technologies and their impact on humanity.
She is also a co-founder and Chair of the non-profit Ministry of Awesome, the starting point for early-stage entrepreneurs in Christchurch; the Curator and Licensee for TEDxChristchurch in New Zealand and TEDxScottBase in Antarctica; Chair of the New York-based culinary school Natural Gourmet Institute; Deputy Chair of CORE Education; and a Director of ChristchurchNZ.

Consumer Packaged Goods Segment President
Mike Jamieson joined Schneider Electric in March 2015 and he leads the global sales and marketing efforts as the president of their Consumer Packaged Goods segment, and is located in Marktheidenfeld, Germany. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Mike worked 5 years for ProLeit; a German company that specializes in software for Breweries and Dairies, where he was responsible for Global Sales & Marketing and he managed 10 international subsidiary’s operations, including running the North American business as its CEO.

Consumer Packaged Goods Global Solution Architect
Benjamin started his career as an automation engineer, where for 15 years he worked for a French process engineering company specialising in providing turn-key process solutions for the Food and Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries.
Benjamin is the senior Food and Beverage Process expert within Schneider Electric’s Food and Beverage segment leadership team responsible for the definition, marketing and sales of solutions for the Food and Beverage industry.

Chief Architect Industry Software Solutions & Fellow
Tim has 30+ years of international experience in industrial software applications and development where he has shaped a unique skill set across many segments including Food & Beverage. He joined Wonderware Corporate in October 1997 as Technical Sales Manager in Europe, and in 1998 he moved to Irvine, California to lead product management and direction for “Project Magellan”, which evolved into next generation Industrial Architecture named “ArchestrA”.
Tim’s role evolved into VP of Product Strategy, concentrating on reinstating Wonderware as the MES / Operations leader in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Andrew Higgs holds both an MBA and Bachelor of Health Science, with over 10 years’ experience across leading FMCG household brands in national sales and marketing. With a history in firms such as Blackmores, GlaxoSmithKline (Panadol) and Jacobs Douwe Egberts (Moccona), Andrew is passionate about connecting business partners with brands that consumers love. Andrew is currently Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand for food technology start up – Nutrition Innovation, with Nucane® - 'the good sugar', its first innovation -
