"At the same time, we are taking the maximum benefit of synergies with existing local partners and national suppliers, like Monoquadros, a panelbuilder which also collaborated with us on this project."
The Angolan company has its energy distribution grid strengthened and endowed of equipment that offers great conditions of safety and reliability.
Schneider Electric's involvement included the supply of 19 transformers substations totally equipped and electrified, prepared to be installed and connected to the exterior in "black box" system, without requiring any internal additional connections. Among the equipment used, there are medium and low voltage switchboards and distribution transformers.
Each Transformer sub-station is equipped with:
- MV switchboard, SM6 cubicles
- 1 Transformer, 630 kVA - 30 kV, hermetic with mineral oil
- LV switchboard, Prisma Plus type, equipped with 1 Compact NS1250A and several
Final Low Voltage equipments.
